Due to the curated discovery nature of Findova boxes, all sales are final.

Each Findova box is thoughtfully created around a collection theme. Exact items, brands, colors, scents, flavors, styles, or product variations may differ from photos or previous boxes.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges based on personal preference of items received.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or missing an item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will review the issue and work to make it right.

Subscription cancellations will stop future renewals but do not cancel or refund boxes already processed.
